She should not be younger than 25 years old and older than 50 years old if the suitor is not born in Saudi Arabia.
The age difference between the prospective couple should not be more than 15 years.
She should be living in Riyadh city or one of its suburbs.
The female guardian should send a request letter to His Royal Highness Prince of the region.
Copy of the suitor valid Iqama (Resident ID) and passport.
A copy of the suitors birth certificate certified by the Civil Affairs.
Updated information report about the suitor from the Civil Affairs.
Employment verification letter of the suitor stating his salary. The letter should be certified by the Chamber of Commerce or he should submit a statement by his sponsor certified by the mayor and the police. If the suitor is a student, he should submit verification letter from his entity. And if he is on his father’s sponsorship, he shall bring a letter from his father certified by his sponsor, the mayor and the police.
The suitor must not be married or divorced from a Saudi woman. He should sign and fingerprint a statement document that stated that the suitor has never been married to a Saudi woman. Two Saudi witnesses must attend for the validity of the suitors statement.
If the suitor is married to a non-Saudi woman, he must submit the marriage certificate, the divorce decree if he is divorced, or the death certificate if his wife is deceased.
A copy of the woman applicants ID. If she does not have an ID card, she can submit a copy of her passport and family ID.
Submit updated information report from the Civil Affairs about the women who is applying to marry. Her profession should be consistent with the facts. The woman applicant information report should be valid for six months from the date of issue.
If the applicant is a divorced woman, she should submit a copy of the divorce decree. If the applicant is a widow woman, she should submit a copy of the death certificate of her former husband.
If the woman applicant is private sector employee, she should submit employment verification letter certified by the Chamber of Commerce. If she is a government employee, she should submit certification from her employer.
If she is private sector employee, updated information report from the General Organization for Social Insurance should be submitted.
Proof of the woman applicant accommodation certified by the mayor and the police (rental contract - deed of ownership).
If the woman applicant is not employed, a statement about her unemployment certified by the mayor and the police should be submitted.
Statement of approval by the Emirate of Riyadh Province for the woman applicant.
A copy of the deed of determination of heirs if the woman applicants father is deceased.
A copy of the power of attorney of the woman applicants guardian.
The guardian of the woman applicant should attend at the Mens Department of the Emirate of Riyadh Province, between 8 AM and 12 PM, to sign the consent form in front of the concerned employee and submit a copy of his ID.
Fill out the application form and submit a copy of the ID of the two Saudi witnesses with the form, neither of them should be a guardian for the woman applicant.
Submit a medical report of the prospective couple from King Saud Medical City if the suitor is not born in Saudi Arabia.
Submit certificate of no criminal record from Riyadh.
Drug test report of the suitor.
Certificate of no criminal record about the suitor certified by the competent authorities and the Saudi consulate in the suitors country, and the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Palestinian citizen is allowed to submit certificate of no criminal record from the Palestinian embassy in Saudi Arabia approved by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
